Yes. Every product sold on Pickoon is 100% genuine, sourced through authorized distributors and brand partners. We do not sell refurbished, grey-market, or counterfeit devices, and applicable products carry TDRA approval for use in the UAE.

Most products include a manufacturer or Pickoon warranty, typically 6–24 months depending on the item and brand. Exact warranty length and coverage are listed on each product page — check before you buy.

TDRA (Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority) approval confirms a device is certified for legal use in the UAE. Devices without it can face network restrictions or import issues. We flag TDRA-approved products directly in the listing.

We accept major credit and debit cards and standard UAE payment options at checkout. All transactions are processed securely, and card details are never stored on Pickoon's servers.

Yes. Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within [X] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Defective items are handled separately under warranty. Email info@pickoon.com to start a return.
